POSTER DISPLAY INSTRUCTIONS (Please read each of the following instructions carefully)
- To maximize audience viewing, your poster should be displayed throughout the entire conference. Posters may be placed on your assigned board beginning at 3 pm the afternoon of 12 June or 7 am the morning of 13 June.
- Each poster presentation is limited to display on one 8 x 4 foot, horizontally oriented board. Session designators / numbers will be affixed to each board to guide you in selecting the correct location. Please ensure that you use only the board that corresponds to your abstract number.
- In order to explain your work and discuss audience questions, presenting authors are expected to be in attendance at their poster throughout their specifically designated session (i.e. from on for this poster). Should an interest in viewing a concurrent oral presentation require you to temporarily step away from your poster, a co-author or colleague familiar with your work should be designated to act in your stead.
- The display boards are designed to accept Velcro adhesive tabs, which will be available for your use at the UHMS registration desk. While it is anticipated that the boards will accommodate pushpins, these items will not be specifically stocked at the registration desk.
PDF SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Again, Read These Instructions Carefully)
