Directly Sponsored Course by the Undersea& Hyperbaric Medical Society
UHMS physicians who are UHM Board Certified, or who have taken the UHMS/NOAA Physician Training in Diving Medicine Course and examination, are also qualified to perform Fitness to Dive Examinations.
The physicians on this
list have been provided information necessary to perform fitness to dive
examinations. The UHMS "Medical Examiner of Divers" course has been
formally approved by the Diving Medical Advisory Committee (DMAC) and the
European Diving Technology Committee (EDTC) as a DMAC/EDTCmed Level 1 course
until
July 9, 2015.
