UHMS Diving Medical
Physicians
The physicians on this
list have been provided information necessary to perform fitness to dive
examinations, manage diving accidents, and, advise on diving medicine and
physiology. The 2012 "NOAA/UHMS Physicians' Training in Diving Medicine"
course has been formally approved for 5 years by the Diving Medical Advisory Committee
(DMAC) and the European Diving Technology Committee (EDTC) as a DMAC/EDTCmed
Level IId course. The physicians listed below have completed the course and passed the examination, and are now DMAC certified.
