• After you register/purchase, on the "thank you" page, there will be a link to access the Quiz, the quiz must be completed with a score of 70% or better to be awarded your 4.5 continuing education credits. Each Abstract Poster has up to  three questions. When you have completed the quiz, you will be emailed your letter of Continuing Education.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).   The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

• The UHMS designates the ASM educational activity for a maximum of  4.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity
• Nursing CEU will be provided by Wound Care Education Partners, 12900 Calais Circle, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Florida Board of Registered Nursing Provider #50-10881. ASM Credit hours 4.5.
• NBDHMT: The ASM program has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 4.5 Category A credit hours by the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology.
