UHMS Education "Goes On-line”

The UHMS is pleased to announce that its first on-line education series is now active.  The UHMS ASM 2010 pre-course "Multidisciplinary Approach to Wound Management" provided the impetus for these on-line series.  There are 3 separate activities, all approved for CME credit, CHT and CHRN CEUs, and Nursing CEUs.  These inter-active programs will discuss three aspects of wound management:  "Wound Care: Creating the Proper Environment; HBO and Wound Healing; and, Optimizing Pain in Chronic Wounds."  Drs. Harriet Hopf and Ben Slade are the facilitators for these activities.  These activities are designed for physicians, specialists and other clinicians and personnel whose medical practice includes wound management.
