Any bad experiences with Marinol and HBO?

Have others had any bad experiences with Marinol and HBO? I had a patient started on Marinol, 1st dose the morning before a dive. During the second O2 period the patient became quite anxious so we aborted the dive. Upon surfacing, he remained odd walking into the walls, oriented x2. Even 12 hours later the pt remained the same in spite of normal CT, MNRI, LP etc.

Thanks,

We have had about a handful of Pt.s that were receiving treatment and taking Marinol. There was only one instance where a pt. told us that he would become very anxious and paranoid after taking the Marinol. Somehow, I feel that pt. would be having that side effect regardless. But, otherwise, we haven't had any pt.s with negative side effects.
