We have a patient who is status post jaw-resection 5 years ago secondary to ORN after extractions were performed without the benefit of HBOT.  He was referred to our facility in 2009 for ORN and responded well with HBOT.  He now needs 9 teeth to be extracted.  I am having trouble finding a recommendation if he should have only 10 post-op sessions or if he should complete the Marx protocol with 20 pre and 10 post?  Any suggestions?
