Hello

I have had a few patients show up with upper extremity ulcer secondary to arterial insufficiency in a nondiabetic. I have not found a way to code that Medicare would cover. Has any one had any experience with submitting upper extremity ulcer with severe arterial compromise to Medicare or other insurance companies and having it covered?
