These activities are based on a needs assessment of the members and on the recommendations of the UHMS Panel of Expert Opinion. These activities will improve the scientific and practical knowledge in the areas of hyperbaric oxygen treatment and diving medicine.

UHMS Cancellation/Refund Policy: $100 administrative fee will be held on all MEETING(S)/COURSE(S) cancellations from the time you register, until 60 days prior to the meeting/course date. From 59 days to one (1) month prior, 50% of fees will be held on all cancellations. NO REFUNDS will be issued one (1) month before or after the meeting/course date.

Brian MacGrory is a vascular and general neurologist. His subspecialty training is in vascular neurology, which includes the treatment of stroke and other disorders affecting the blood vessels in the brain and neck. He also treat people with seizures, headaches, autoimmune conditions affecting the brain and spine, disorders of movement, and disorders of muscle. He has a particular interest in treating people with "cryptogenic" stroke or a stroke for which no reason has been identified. He is also interested in strokes affecting the eye (central retinal artery occlusion) and much of his research is in this area.Enrico Camporesi

Dr. Enrico Camporesi is a physician scientist with 35-yrs of experience in academic medicine. He trained in Physiology for several years and obtained his MD degree from the University of Milano, Italy. He won a competitive scholarship to study in the US in 1972, at the University of Rochester (NY). He subsequently moved to Duke University, where he completed clinical specialty training in pulmonary medicine and Anesthesiology and also in Undersea Medicine (Preventive Medicine Boards).
He is licensed in NC, NY and FL; his career was at Duke University (1973 – 1989) then at Syracuse, NY (SUNY Upstate; Professor and Chair, Department of Anesthesiology, 1989 – 2005) then at USF (Professor and Chair, Department of Anesthesiology, Tampa, FL, 2005 – 2008). Since 2005 he is also a member of Florida Gulf-to-Bay Anesthesiology Associates, P.A. (FGTBA) and continues publications and research in the fields of patient safety, anesthesia, travel medicine and exercise.Kristi Ray

Sandra Wainwright, MD Medical Director of the Hyperbaric and Wound Healing Center Greenwich Hospital, Yale New Haven Health. Boarded in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Born in Georgia grew up all over the US and Japan as part of a military family. Graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA with a Chemistry degree. The continuing medical education mission of the Pacific Chapter of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society is to develop and promote programs that improve the scientific knowledge of physicians and other allied health professionals, in the Pacific Coast and Western regions of the United States and Canada, in matters related to undersea and hyperbaric environments and appropriate applications of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Accreditation Statement: The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Designation Statements:
- Physician CME: The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of TBD AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
- Nursing/RRT Contact Hours: This live activity is approved for 4.5 CE hours provided by Florida Board of Registered Nursing/RRT Provider #50-10881. License types: RN, LPN, CNS, ARNP, CNA, CRT, RRT, RCP Provided through the Florida State Board of Nursing and the CE credits are reciprocal and approved for nurses within all states. Receiving credit for Florida providers is simple, attend the course and our staff will upload your credits directly to the Florida State database. For out of state credit, we provide this letter for you to file with the respective nursing board.

- NBDHMT Accreditation Statement: For CHT recertification purposes, the NBDHMT requires a minimum of nine of the minimum 12 required Category A credits relate directly to any combination of hyperbaric operations, related technical aspects and chamber safety.
